30-Day Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Custom & Personalized Orders (Final Sale)

    Because many of our products are made to order or customized specifically for the buyer, custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Engraved items

    • Monogrammed items

    • Custom text, designs, or sizing requests

    Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

EU & UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within 14 days of receiving your item. You may do so by contacting us through our website or order platform.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused and undamaged

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exceptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items made to the buyer’s specifications

  • Items that are not suitable for return due to their nature

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days, using the original payment method.
